“We loved our stay here. It’s such a beautiful building and has two great restaurants plus the spa was so good. The outside jacuzzi was our favourite feature. I The staff were so friendly and attentive. We wanted to particularly shout out Mollie who was so kind, friendly and helpful. ”

“Camera ampia ma non pulita (ho trovato sporco per terra in vari angoli). Bagno ampio ma male organizzato: nessun gancio per asciugamano vicino alla doccia o al lavandino, appesi in un angolo dietro alla porta. La vasca/doccia (soluzione di per sè poco comoda) non drenava l'acqua: la piletta non mostrava otturazione ma l'acqua rimaneva nella vasca/doccia. Le camere sono disposte su pochi piani molto estesi per cui ho dovuto camminare molto tra reception e la mia camera. Per di più, ascensore...

Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Really nicely refurbished hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although they sometimes seemed a little inexperienced. Our room was comfortable, but it felt slightly cramped as it was quite full of furniture, which meant there wasn’t much space for our luggage. Overall, I would recommend staying here, but I think the staff’s experience and confidence need a little time to catch up with the high-end image the hotel is aiming to project.”

“Like all Britannia hotel I have stayed in this is tiered dirty, restaurant was also closed with no food in the bar. Room was tiered dated mattress very basic for a hotel bathroom dirty and hot tap didn’t work properly. It’s a really shame as the staff are lovely and helpful. Hotel just needs serious investment.”
