“We spent three nights in this hotel. the room was spacious, very clean and with the necessary amenities to make coffee, tea or other hot drinks. Overall we were safe and well. ”

“A stunning hotel with a lot of charm and character. Quiet and peaceful. Located about out the way but staff were wonderful and friendly. Nothing was too much if you asked them for anything. A wonderful place to stop. Every meal was lovely and I would recommend the food from the stone and ivy to anyone. ”

“Arredamento un po' datato ma stanza tutto pulito ed in ordine. Personale cordiale e paziente con con chi, come me, conosce poco l'inglese. Possizione ottima, praticamente in centro e con stazoone autobus di fronte.”

Tuttavia, nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto una camera silenziosa mi è stata data una camera all'ultimo piano sotto un motore dell'impianto di condizionamento che durante la notte ha iniziato a funzionare e non mi ha permesso di dormire . alle 4 del mattino ho chiesto aiuto alla reception che mi ha proposto di spostarmi al 3 piano..ma ormai trovandomi alle 5 del mattino il sonno era compromesso”

“Camera ampia ma non pulita (ho trovato sporco per terra in vari angoli). Bagno ampio ma male organizzato: nessun gancio per asciugamano vicino alla doccia o al lavandino, appesi in un angolo dietro alla porta. La vasca/doccia (soluzione di per sè poco comoda) non drenava l'acqua: la piletta non mostrava otturazione ma l'acqua rimaneva nella vasca/doccia. Le camere sono disposte su pochi piani molto estesi per cui ho dovuto camminare molto tra reception e la mia camera. Per di più, ascensore...

“Never stayed in a Best western hotel before,so was really happy with it,stayed in a king suite as was my hubbys birthday present for 2 nights away,staff were courteous and helpful, lots of food choice and nice surroundings, waaclose to the racecourse where we were going ,so was perfect.”

“The hotel is less than a year old and looks modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking in the council car park behind the hotel which is free overnight but charges from 8:00 am. And the hotel is very convenient for the town centre and the ring road.”
